Eisenacher Versorgungsbetriebe GmbH

The Eisenach utilities operate 1 x et237 EG MA and 1 x et104 EG MA to supply a local heating network. The CHP units were placed in 2 containers, which are designed for the high noise protection of an adjacent residential area. Due to the proximity to a stream, the containers were designed to be flood-proof.


Particularities:

- Higher-level control for needs-based operation of the CHPs

Stadtwerke Bexbach

Stadtwerke Bexbach operate two et140 EG MA for self-supply with electrical power and hot water. The CHPs serve to supply heat to the adjacent outdoor pool. Because of this proximity, the containers have a high level of sound insulation.

NV-Versicherung – Neuharlingersiel

NV-Versicherung operates an et020 EG TO to supply its new office building with electricity and hot water. The CHP was already planned during the planning stage to supplement the heating system in order to increase the efficiency of the overall system.

Agricultural Center Eichhof

Das Landwirtschaftszentrum Eichhof betreibt ein et124 SG MA zur Eigenversorgung mit elektrischem Strom und Warmwasser. Betrieben wird das BHKW mit eigenem Biogas, welches innerhalb der Forschungstätigkeit aus Gülle und den unterschiedlichen Pflanzenarten erzeugt wird.

Kohlhoff Gebäudetechnik GmbH

Kohlhoff Gebäudetechnik GmbH operates a et530 EG MA for self-supply with electrical power and hot water. Thanks to the soundproofing capsule, it is possible to stay in the machine room even when the CHP is running.

- Good access through double-sided doors
- Integration in existing machine room including heating system

Bad Oeyenhausen waste water treatment plant

The Bad Oeynhausen wastewater treatment plant operates two et191 SG MAs for their own supply with electrical power and hot water. The CHPs are operated with the sewage gas generated on site. Thanks to the soundproofing capsule, it is possible to stay in the machine room even when the CHP is running.


Particularities:

- High sound insulation (45dBA in 10m)
- Integration of the CHPs in the existing heating system including the existing CHP
- Exhaust bypass to bypass the exhaust gas heat exchanger

BGA Abfallwirtschaft Nentzelsrode

Die Biogasanlage Abfallwirtschaft Nentzelsrode betreibt zwei et252 SG MA zur Eigenversorgung mit elektrischem Strom und Warmwasser. Betrieben werden die BHKW´s mit dem vor Ort anfallenden Deponie- und Biogas. Die Gesamtanlage besteht aus 3 verbundenen Containern.

Stadtwerke Erfurt - Deponie Schwerborn

Stadtwerke Erfurt operate two et404 SG MA for recycling the landfill gas. All necessary system components, including an oil tank system, were accommodated in and on the container (length 9m).

Zittau wastewater treatment plant

The Zittau wastewater treatment plant operates three et180 SG MA for self-supply with electrical power and hot water. The CHPs are operated either with their own sewage gas or natural gas. The pedestal (height> 2m) serves as flood protection. The redundant design ensures that the sewage gas is recycled.

Biogas plant Weißenborn-Lüderode

The Weißenborn-Lüderode biogas plant operates an et191 SG MA for energy supply with electrical power, hot and hot water. The CHP is operated with its own biogas. The hot water is provided via a special exhaust gas heat exchanger.

Bioenergie Anklam GmbH

Bioenergie Anklam GmbH operates a et530 SG MA for self-supply with electrical power and hot water. The CHP is operated with its own biogas. All necessary system components, including an oil tank system, a gas cooling system and an emergency torch, were accommodated in and on the container (12m long). The activated carbon filter was placed next to the container.

EGA Vitos Riedstadt GmbH

Rhön Klinikum AG

Rhön Klinikum AG operates four et237 EG MA and an et140 EG MA for self-supply with electrical power and hot water. In order not to disturb the clinic, noise protection capsules were erected around the CHP. The use of several CHP units ensures a high level of security of supply.

Enertrag AG - Heizhaus Prenzlau

Die Enertrag AG betreibt im Heizhaus Prenzlau ein et366 SG MA zur Verwertung des anfallenden Klärgases. Durch die Schallschutzkapsel ist ein Aufenthalt im Maschinenraum auch bei laufendem BHKW möglich. Für eine optimale Zu- bzw- Abluft wurden die Lüftungskulissen direkt mit der Schallschutzkapsel verbunden.

Enertrag AG

The hybrid power plant includes an electrolyser, a biogas plant, electricity conversion, storage, and three wind turbines. The total investment for all plant components built in the project is more than 21 million euros.
